Martine is an actor and voiceover working regularly in TV, Radio, Non-Broadcast / Corporate and in the Community. Her voice can be heard in BBC Radio Drama productions, Animations and Children's Stories, Commercials (UK TV Drama / So Good Essential, WRBS Radio), Audio books, Documentaries and Audio Guides. She has performed in Theatre, Agricultural tents and even on Busch Gardens Helter Skelter. Her love of audio narration, comedy and wordplay are key influences in her character studies, in-situ audio guides and children’s narrations.(hide)

Described as Engaging “but with a darker side…” it is the voice of mystery, excitement, intrigue, and naughty people. It will set a scene, paint a picture, transport you to foreign shores and hold the kids with that monkey and those sheep!
Martine studied Radio Drama at RADA and voiceover and voice acting techniques in L.A. and Britain.
Martine has her own studio facilities, recording many in-store and other short corporate projects, including promos for Moodmedia (Kent) and her new comedy Pod cast for children. Martine sings too, on several occasions at the Royal Albert Hall, and (in a former life) with her chorus of singing spuds!
In 2015 Martine was the corporate voiceover for Sirius Minerals York Potash project.

Incestuous Business Women, Mexican Operatic Waiters, Telephones, a Greenfly, Cockney Rodents, Sheep, a Scouse Couch Potato (performance food literally!), Two-headed Sea-Monsters and even a horse-box. The Scouser is reincarnated on this website, if you fancy looking. An early study of Puppetry, Mime, Animation and Comedy inspired many zany characters (some her own creations) and voices using an array of verbal techniques and non-naturalistic performance styles. Her first professional job was in children’s theatre with Scat Theatre Company. She played a variety of parts, including an American Cool box and Tatterjack, a magician with amnesia - enough said!(hide)
